We are conveniently located throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Nassau County to serve the needs to the New York metropolitan areas.
Are your caregivers insured and bonded?
Yes. To ensure the well-being of all of our clients, we perform background checks and cover each caregiver with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Will I have a choice of caregivers?
Yes. In fact, we encourage your participation in the decision-making process and always try to accommodate any requests you may have regarding a caregiver.
In addition, our comprehensive screening and selection process helps us do our best to take the guesswork out of matching the right caregiver to you and your family.
Will I always have the same caregiver?
At Royal Care, our goal is to connect you or a loved one with a caregiver whom you can establish a long-lasting relationship with. However, should you wish to request another caregiver for any reason, we’ll continue to search for a match until you’re happy with the choice.
Can my caregiver help with medications?
Our caregivers can provide medication reminders but can not administer the medication.
Can I change or discontinue the services my loved one receives?
You can change these services whenever you like. We understand that personal situations can change at any time, so we’re committed to being as flexible as possible. Also, with Royal Care, you are never locked into a long-term contract.
Are Royal Care services covered by insurance, Medicare or Medicaid?
How is my personal information protected?
We follow all applicable federal and state guidelines related to privacy of personal and healthcare information. Your information is never sold to a third party under any circumstances. Only the administrative staff and caregivers who are directly involved with you or your loved one’s care will have access to necessary information.
