Royal Care Fi. is proud to be an approved facilitator for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) in partnership with Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), the new statewide fiscal intermediary.

Need to Do Now
All CDPAP consumers and personal assistants must transition to PPL by March 28, 2025. Royal Care Fi is here to support you every step of the way.
We will guide you through the process, ensuring a hassle-free experience for both consumers and personal assistants.
Steps to Transition
For Consumers
Call Royal Care Fi. at 718-704-0233 to select us as your facilitator (Have your Medicaid ID ready).

We’ll assist you in signing it online through PPL or in-person at a Royal Care Fi office.

What is CDPAP?
Funded by New York Medicaid, the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) allows New Yorkers to choose and hire their own caregiver for home care services.
Spouses are excluded from CDPAP

The Eligibility Criteria for the Family Member or Friend Receiving Care
Ineligible if receiving services from the Department of Human Services Office of Developmental Programs, residing in a government nursing facility, or having an intellectual or developmental disability.

Clients must have New York Medicaid coverage
Age
Must be 21 years old or older.
Assistance Needed
Must need help with daily activities.

Must live in the state of New York.
