What is VBP (Value Based Performance)?

The Value-Based measures is to improve patient condition, prevent clinical deterioration, use best practices and improve our patient’s health. Our role is to prevent safety risk to occur such as patient fall by providing preventive measures. Improve patient shortness of breath, pain intensity, bladder control and to promote flu vaccine. Utilize the training that you received during In-Service/ Orientation for the intervention measures you can do to improve patient health.
